Biography
Are you thinking of buying or selling real estate in the HRM area? Call me and I will be happy to help you.
I grew up in Newfoundland, moved around with the military, became an entrepreneur and in 1996 moved here to beautiful Nova Scotia. Of course I was raised to work hard and respect others and I take those values to my real estate career.
The military has given me the leadership to provide excellent negotiation skills in your real estate transaction. I have two small boys, pets and a revolving door at my home so I know how to multitask and get the job done and all with a smile!
What I feel is important in our real estate relationship is constant communication, superior customer service, great listening skills and the adaptability to any situation. My job is to get excited about your move and with the less inconvenience to you and your family.
If you are selling, my goal is to do research, price your house properly and to get it sold for the most amount of money!
If you are buying, my goal is to do my research, listen to what is important to your family and find it even if it is not listed.
