Biography
Rob Brown joined EXiT Realty Metro in the fall of 2009 after 5 successful years of selling real estate with another brokerage. Rob's main focus is on the residential real estate business however he does spend time with commercial clients for businesses or investment properties.
Before Real Estate Rob had a highly successful career in the pharmaceutical industry selling cancer therapies to medical oncologists in Atlantic Canada. After spending 15 years traveling the roads from Atlantic Canada to Europe and the US, Rob decided that a change was necessary in order to have the opportunity to spend more nights in his own home and to be more successful without having to move to Ontario. Home was in the Halifax area so Real Estate became his new avenue for success.
Late last fall Mr. Jeremy Cowan and Mr. Marc Frizzle of EXiT Realty Metro came to Rob to discuss joining EXiT Realty. They had been talking with Rob for over a year about making a move. Finally Rob agreed that to become wealthy he wasn't going to do it at his previous brokerage. The education, the support, the systems are what initially attracted Rob to EXiT as did of course the opportunity for Residuals. However it quickly became apparent that EXiT Realty Metro isn't simply about the Residuals. EXiT Realty Metro is about helping agents become wealthy through equities, residuals to hopefully lead to a comfortable retirement. Residuals are one simple part of the equation.
No other Brokerage offered this. No other Brokerage can do what EXiT Realty Metro does and that is to walk with an agent to help them achieve their goals. Rob's going to become wealthy but he is also excited about sharing that wealth with others to help them along their career towards success. That's why when a management position became available shortly after his move to EXiT Realty Metro did he jump at that opportunity.
